Happy Martin Luther King Jr. Day

Photobucket
On the third Monday of January, schools, federal offices and the
like across America remain closed as we celebrate the birth, life
and dream of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. It is a time for the nation
to remember the injustices thatDr. King fought; a time to remember
his fight for the freedom, equality and dignity of all races and peoples;
a time to remember the message of change through nonviolence.
Although many people see this as “a day without work” or “a day
away from school,” it is so much more than that; it is the celebration
of equality, the celebration of freedom and the celebration of a truly
inspiring individual.
